We’ll be meeting on the 22nd of August at 2pm for a welcome drink and briefing at the Soho Hotel.
2.30 – 4.30 Photo Treasure Hunt
This will involve a series of clues being given to your team. You will hunt through the streets of London to seek out the answer to the clues. Then you need to take a photographic interpretation of the answer to the clue. Artistic license is encouraged! PLEASE bring your camera if you have one, not only for the photo treasure hunt (but obviously this is important) but also to keep the day as a special photographic momento for Bec.
4.30 Return to the hotel
5.00 – 7.00 Mr and Mrs Game, drinks, nibbles and photo treasure hunt results. Book presentation (details in the last paragraph)
Then get your glam on for a night of decadence, burlesque, dinner and dancing! We’ll be leaving the Soho Hotel at 8.30 for dinner and a show at Volupte Lounge, the most decadent supper club in town! www.volupte-lounge.com
The club closes at 3am, when anyone wishing to continue is welcome back at the Soho hotel.
Costs!
We’ve tried to keep everything as reasonable as possible, with the option to come for a small part of the celebration or the whole shebang. Nikki has managed to wrangle an AMAZING deal for the room at the Soho Hotel and this will serve as our base for the day.
Cost per person £15, this includes a glass of bubbles and nibbles, as well as the room hire. Please bring enough beverages to see you through for the duration, whether its just before dinner or if you’re coming back for the after party.
Volupte Lounge
There is no way of getting out of having a two course dinner here, its part of the package unfortunately. A sample menu can be found on their site and they do cater for gluten, wheat and dairy intolerance.
The ticket cost for the evening (which does not include the dinner) is £30, which needs to be paid on booking. I have saved 10 spaces so far and need numbers back ASAP so I can book the remaining places. Please let me know if you’re coming to this part of the evening and deposit the money into my account as I need to pay them when I book.

The £15 for the hotel room can be paid on the day, taxis can be split between the occupants of each cab.

The book is going to be properly printed and will be presented to Bec on the day. We need a couple of weeks to get this put together so please send me all the info below as soon as you can, I’d hate for anyone to be left out.
